Description
The punk rock band from Freiburg announces their new album and once again remains true to their credo “the world is bad, life remains beautiful”.
With 14 songs, “Die Richtung Stimmt” promises to be the punk album that encourages you to dance, pogo and sing along and, after more than 12 months without concerts, to really let your hair down again!
The four guys have dedicated themselves to their first longplayer and it is something to see and hear. The Straight Forward songs are fun and wonderfully charming, with tracks full of anger and despair on important topics. This results in a nicely balanced mix for every mood. In general, there has been enough time to rest, now it’s time for power and speed!
Although some song intros hint at a ballad or a quieter number, the driving drums with distorted guitar are not long in coming. Sitting still becomes difficult, banging at concerts is pre-programmed! Presumptuously catchy choruses with an Oi! and sing-along factor, polyphonic vocals with a rough, scratchy character, clever arrangements and a good wall of sound – punk rock with a pinch of ska, the absolutely right amount of pop and the odd hardcore element – the direction is right!
