“Revolutionary Roots” wants to be arevolution, originating at the roots. These roots are the ideals and the sound that have always characterized the band, social and political militancy, an uncompromising and hard ska-punk sound, infused with the “crunch” vein in the style of Rancid and Interrupters, from classic punk rock to Balkan beat.
Between the class struggle and the revolutionary drive, against imperialist war and the apathy of those waiting for change, there’s room for a pint in the pub, an evening with friends and the dream of London’s streets. This is “Revolutionary Roots”, this is Skassapunka.
