Raw! Punk! Pogo! They’re back! Lost in the silence of the pandemic, they are back with a full scream. Their new album “Wer schreit l\u00fcgt nicht” picks up where they left off and blasts 13 new songs at us with full force.
\nDedicated to raw punk with thought-provoking lyrics, they show us the sound that they and we still want. They have perfected the ZiRKA sound and continue to present distorted riffs, danceable beats and choruses to sing along to.
\n“Everything as usual” is the chorus of the new song “Congratulations”, which, how could it be otherwise, has an incredibly catchy anthem hook. Such choruses have always been one of ZiRKA’s specialties. The title track “Wer schreit l\u00fcgt nicht” doesn’t disappoint: the socio-critical lyrics with a gripping melody get to the heart of the refugee situation.
